NB In 1991, H. de Boer (urban planning), A. Hosper (green structure( and F. van Dusseldorp (color expert) were appointed as external consultants in the development of the plan for neighborhood 3-J (the later Rainbow Neighborhood). From 1978-1981, Hosper co-designed the main green structure for Almere-Buiten [see application no. G17] .
At the end of 1991 they were asked to make a spatial exploration plan and three thematic studies: differentiation of living environments (H. de Boer), green characteristics (Hosper) and color application (Van Dusseldorp).
After presentation of this plan in 1993, De Boer becomes supervisor of its implementation. Hosper is commissioned in April 1993 to "draw up design principles for the entire neighborhood." He remained involved in the implementation as a consultant to De Boer at least until 1996.
