The archives came in in the form of some series and categories of documents.
There was an extensive series of rolled drawings in tubes (about 500 tubes). These were located at the office in Goirle. The remaining material was in George Bedaux's home in Tilburg. This included a large series of dust jacket folders (ca. 400) . These contained written documents and folded drawings. A series of envelopes contained a considerable amount of photographs. There was also a collection of newspaper clippings and magazine articles, four small drawers of project documentation, and a portfolio of drawings.
Almost all of the material was design-related and was brought together and described after selection among the projects. Items not to be retained were described in the destruction list at that time. The firm's work numbers are included in the inventory and inventory numbers.
