* brief description:Design of three new sheds and a service building for the Scheepvaart en Steenkolen Maatschappij in Rotterdam (1961-1973). Three sheds in a row on the Waalhaven. Between two sheds a gatehouse is placed. Near this building a connecting line of the railroad runs between the buildings. One shed has a beveled corner, here the service building is placed. The service building is later moved to the shed on the other side of the porter's lodge; rectangular plan composed of three layers. The service building houses laundry and dressing rooms on the first floor and offices on the two floors. The sheds have slightly pitched roofs; shed B has a flat roof topped by a parking lot.
