* brief description:Design of an Amro-bank, stores and 26 dwellings commissioned by Johan Matser in Papendrecht ('77-'78). The substructure consists of a section with 13 parking spaces belonging to the Amro bank, a warehouse space and a space with storerooms. On the ground floor are the bank and stores. In these two layers the height difference of the site is largely absorbed. On the second floor are offices (Amro) and residences, on the second to the fourth are exclusively residences. The fourth floor consists of only six dwellings, the lower residential floors have 10 to 11 dwellings. The bays are closed by a gable roof. The upper houses are maisonettes; the attic is the sleeping floor. The dwellings have a balcony at the front and a gallery at the back. The bays are indicated by brick columns, with the windows of the apartments between them. The design of the bank facade differs greatly; the front facade is in the shape of a saw tooth. The entire building is edged with anthracite-colored anodized aluminum.
