Design by A.F. Aalbers for Plan Y, consisting of 72 workers' dwellings with stores, warehouses, factory building and ballroom, executed by the Aalbers brothers (probably in collaboration with their father's company: "NV Maatschappij tot het aannemen van Bouwwerken"), with later designs by Aalbers and De Waal for expansion, restoration of Odeon and with sketch drawings for the stage set.
