Second variant has four maisonette houses. Later the building gets four floors. The substructure is connected to the existing Tomado Tower on Stationsweg. The extension will be located on the Nicolaas Maessingel. The 1964 design: bank on first floor, offices on first and second floors, two dwellings on third floor. De Bruijn until now project architect, in 1967 Van der Weerd takes over. He also plans residences on first and second floors (three per layer) and draws an office variant. In 1969 the drawings are by P.J. Gerssen, who is listed as collaborating architect.
