The archives consist of annual programs, in the early years there was an activity twice a year, later this was halved.
The records of these activities further consist of menus, restaurant bills and photographs taken of the meetings.

In 1938 the jubilee book was published on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the association, containing pictures of projects designed by the members (note table of contents).

Newspaper clippings can be found of important events such as:
royal honors, Queen Juliana who is also present at the handover of the restoration of the Town Hall in Gouda, which was carried out by one of the members of the association.
From the 1950s and 1960s there are newspaper clippings in memory of deceased members, death cards and the texts of pronounced eulogies.

In the archives there is a stained-glass window showing the years from 1919 to 1938 and various Dutch names of cities.
