The material documenting the actions of the office archive consists primarily of project files. These project files consist of drawings, written records, documentation, photographs and glass negatives.
Only a small portion of the bureau records themselves have survived. These are primarily financial records. It is unfortunate that so little of the administration has survived, because the records that have survived in the files of the Rijksmuseum and De Haar Castle are impressive and suggest a well-oiled architectural firm.
In addition to the office administration and project files, material from others and non-project material was also found.

The photographer of some of the photographs in the archive is not known. However, work by the following photographers, among others, was found: W.G.
