'Report of the committee for cheap housing, established by the boards of the National Housing Council, General Union of Housing Associations and the Netherlands Institute for Housing and Urban Development'. This report is the result of the committee's research and meeting, and sets out requirements and conditions for the construction of social housing in the Netherlands.
