Amsterdam architecture 1815-1940
The book "Amsterdamse Bouwkunst 1815-1940" describes architect N. Lansdorp's designs for the Department of Public Works in Amsterdam from the 1920s and 1930s. N. Lansdorp designed the free-standing building of the Vossius Gymnasium at the corner between the Boeren Wetering and the Zuider Amstel Canal and the Beatrix Park as the second gymnasium of Amsterdam in 1926; it was completed in 1932.
