Systematized flexibility
Woningstichting Ons Belang (WOB) Amersfoort, Vastbouw Oost BV Rijssen/Amersfoort and Hartsuyker Architecten BV Amsterdam have considered the possibility of building systematized and therefore affordable housing that can be intended for a variety of target groups. This brochure reports on this. A combination of two structures was sought: systematized structural elements on the one hand and systematized flexible elements and facade additions on the other. One example is a floor plan that can be used for multiple types of occupancy.
