After discussing the implementation and financial administration of the individual rent subsidy, an investigation into the susceptibility to abuse of the regulations regarding foundation costs in the premium purchase sector and the quality of monitoring was reported. The sections on income conditions in the premium purchase sector considered the construction of tax deductions, which can improperly reduce the amount of taxable income, and the effects of the system used in income verification. Next, the goals and effects of object subsidies were analyzed, with an inventory and assessment of effects of subsidies for both rental and owner-occupied housing. Finally, attention was paid to the guarantees provided by the State to non-profit institutions operating premium rental housing.
