The main points of the national government's stock policy are central. Here the relations between the state, the municipality, corporations and tenants are discussed, among other things by examining the sample ordinances of VNG and LOS. In addition, the subsidy provisions in the Provisions for Rental Housing Regulations 1987 as they apply to the 1988 quota year and the rules for determining the rent after the intervention are discussed. Finally, the financial consequences of investments in the housing stock were outlined, including a calculation model that can be used to gain insight into the unprofitable top of various investments, even in the case of a complex practical situation.
