Summary report of a number of edits made to the 1981 and 1977 Housing Needs Survey (WBO) on housing expenditures for the rental sector, which does not include direct costs (energy expenditures, municipal charges and services). In the tables section, a distribution of rents across the housing stock was made based on the two WBOs. A comparison of rents in the housing stock with rents of new construction and improvement (WBO 1981) and a distribution of rents over the entire housing stock by different characteristics was also made.
