The characteristics and housing behaviors of buyers who have since resold their former housing law homes are the focus. Among other things, the reasons for selling and buying, the housing characteristics of the sold former Housing Act houses and the current housing situation are discussed. In the second part, the arguments of the proponents and opponents of selling, as outlined in the first research report, are tested against the research findings obtained.
