Non-profit housing operation
In addition to a literature review on housing corporations and regulation, research results were presented from a study of the financial position of these social managers. This looked at both finances at the corporation level and operating results at the complex level. The study shows that there is a wide spread in operating results and the size of the ABR, general operating reserve, and maintenance funds.
