Research in which a calculation is given of the need for various forms of housing facilities for the elderly in Helmond. This need will be confronted with the current supply of housing and housing forms and with the standards set by the government. It will address: 1. demographics; 2. personal characteristics and current housing situation of the elderly; 3. moving plans and housing requirements; 4. supply of and need for housing suitable for the elderly.
