Haikus
The failure of the relationship with H. Meyer is a deep disappointment for Lotte, which will occupy her until the end of her life. Especially in the last years of her life, she wrote many poems, including Haiku in which she tried to process the experiences of her eventful life. She wrote in Dutch and in German. Among them is also the Haiku July 1988 about her relationship with Hannes Meyer. The haiku were printed in a small edition and distributed to friends and acquaintances.
