Marcel; third prize F.W. Wendt; fourth prize Otto Wagner; fifth prize H. Greenley and S. Olin. Commission: A.F. de Savornin Lohman, T.M.C. Asser, L.H. Ruijssenaers, P.J.H. Cuypers, C. Muysken, A. Salm, C.H. Peters, D.E.C. Knuttel, W. Roèll. Supervisory Board: Ministers of the Interior, Justice, Finance, Water Resources, Presidents of both Houses of the States General, the Vice-President of the Council of State, the Attorney General of the Supreme Court. Committee of Directors: A.P.C. van Karnnebeek, A.F. de Savornin Lohman, L.M.P.H. baron van Michiels van Verduynen (replaced by L.H. Ruijssenaars), W.H. de Beaufort. Jury under the presidency of the Chairman of the Committee of Directors of the Foundation, composed of: T.H.E. Collcut, P.J.H. Cuypers, E. von Ihne, C. König, W.R. Ware, D.E.C. Knuttel. On April 15, 1906, 3000 drawings were received. May 11 ruling. Exhibition from July 11-14.
