The world is and will keep being a mess. It is in the nature of things. Obviously the real power resides in politics, not Interaction Design, but that is hopeless as we can see from the sorry state of things everywhere. But all of us should do our little work wherever it happens that we operate. Our team effort at Interaction Ivrea has been to establish an international centre of excellence, where people of all the world come and work to study/understand/promote this discipline.
