Gerrit Th. Rietveld designed Weaving Mill De Ploeg in Bergeijk in the late 1950s. In 2017, after careful renovation, new energy, color and optimism flow through this unique Modernist monument. BRUNS exhibition developers and producers asked young designer Aart van Asseldonk to renew the functionality and appearance of the interior. RIETVELD'S DESIGN FACTORY RE_NEWED connects the work of the master of Dutch Design to leading designers of our time: Studio Rens, Sigrid Calon, Bertjan Pot, Studio Job, Ruud Jan Kokke, Richard Hutten and Maarten Baas.
