Our use of time has changed considerably in recent years, due in part to reduced working hours, working from home, unemployment, population aging, new forms of leisure activities, de-stressing, revaluing time for oneself, etc.
For the past 50 years, we all wanted as much leisure time as quickly as possible. We now have a society with less labor and more free time. What do we do with that free time? Do we feel and are we free in our free time?
