The method of frontage is traffic incorrect. The development of the floor plan is favorable. The connecting staircase from the dock waiting area to the attached porch is too cramped and inadequate on busy days. The balcony in front of it is poorly accessible. The shape of the bicycle storage room unpractical. The outside stairs are too steep. The contrast between the closed street wall and the glass wall on the waterfront is correct in principle.
