A verdict is given on each plan. 'Aquarius' by De Bazel, according to the author: 'The plans good, too many columns here and there. The stairs are too hidden. The ballroom unusual in shape. The courtyard outstanding. The architecture very charming. The central section magnificent, the corner pavilions likewise. The tower does not come into its own on the facade.
