Jhr.D.C. Röell and F.A. Eschauzier furnished the so-called Drucker wing of the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. The museum had been completely emptied in WWII. Before it was going to be furnished they wanted a thorough renovation. In order to have time, a small part of the collection was already hung in the Drucker wing. F.A. Eschauzier broke through walls for larger passages, whitewashed walls, designed display cases, pedestals and benches in the cabinets.
