Both A. van den Berg Pzn. (son) and Pl. van den Berg (father) have been contributors to the VAKBLAD. Since volume 26 also uses the initials "A.v.d.B." (p. 103; logically for A. van den Berg Pzn.), in this volume the initials "v.d.B." - without A. - interpreted as Pl. van den Berg.
