The first issue of Puntkomma was published in October 2013. The quarterly magazine, created by volunteers and published by Moois Media as of the second issue, focuses on art and culture in Rotterdam. Puntkomma describes and analyzes cultural phenomena in the city in a positive-critical manner. Puntkomma complements other media (unfortunately too few in number) that deal with the world of art and culture in the city.
