This booklet has the militancy of a pamphlet: It is an urgent plea for factory-built housing construction to pay attention not only to quantity, cost and speed, but also to the highest possible spatial quality. It starts from the proposition that urban planning is crucial to the spatial quality of housing construction. Housing construction is not only about individual residential enjoyment, but also determines the collective quality of life of the neighborhoods, cities and villages we live in.
