Set of three side tables (Gispen model 505) designed by W.H. Gispen. The tables have tops of lacquered plywood on a base of chromed tubular steel and can be pushed together due to the size difference. The set stands in the library of Sonneveld House next to the office of Mr. A.H. Sonneveld. The residence was completed in 1933 and was built for the Sonneveld family to a design by the architectural firm Brinkman and Van der Vlugt. They were also responsible for the interior, working closely with W.H. Gispen.
