Table (Gispen Model 501)
Coffee table (Gispen model 501) with a round top on a base of chrome-plated tubular steel to the design of W.H. Gispen. The legs are bent at the bottom and connected crosswise. The table stands in the studio of Sonneveld House.
The residence was completed in 1933 and was built for the Sonneveld family to a design by the architectural firm Brinkman and Van der Vlugt. They were also responsible for the interior, working closely with W.H. Gispen.
