Desk by the company Thonet, type B91. The desk has a chromed tubular steel frame desk with two drawers on the right side and a wooden, black lacquered top. The desk belongs to the Sonneveld family. From behind this desk, Mrs. Sonneveld had a view over the land of Hoboken. House Sonneveld was completed in 1933 and was built for the Sonneveld family to a design by the architectural firm Brinkman and Van der Vlugt. They were also responsible for the interior, working closely with W.H. Gispen.
