Spherical ceiling light in metal holder
Spherical frosted glass ceiling light in nickel-plated copper holder. Originated from Sonneveld House, but the exact location of the lamp in the house is unknown. The lamp is now kept in the depot of The New Institute. House Sonneveld was completed in 1933 and was built for the Sonneveld family to a design by the architectural firm Brinkman and Van der Vlugt. They were also responsible for the interior, working closely with W.H. Gispen.
