The model belongs to the first phase of the "Werfterrein" project on the corner of Hugo de Grootgracht and Kostverlorenvaart. The project was later extended to the Second Hugo de Grootstraat along the entire Reigersbergenstraat. Urban design model showing the number of building layers.
