Model for an official residence for the Consul General in Antwerp. The consulate of the Netherlands in Antwerp represents our country mainly in the field of port affairs. Besides the residential function, the main function is a representative one. The visitor enters via a patio, through a narrow corridor into the room hall of the house. From the hall, the visitor has a direct view, across the seating area, of the patio. The spaces are respectively based on the circle (forms the transition phase from speed to rest) the triangle (works minorizing) and the square (works majorizing). The circle of the patio with the equilateral triangle inscribed in it is normative for the square that defines the house. A numerical ratio of 1 : 2 and 3 : 5 was implemented in this mathematical plan thus created. The heights of the rooms are also derivatives of this. The project was not implemented.
