Spangen neighborhood in Rotterdam; housing blocks I and V; exterior color design

The front view is a rectangular three-story building with a pitched roof. The facade is divided into small rectangles to indicate that it is made of brick. There are five columns each with three windows whose frames are yellow, gray or green. On the first floor of the second and fifth columns from the left are far doors in colors of gray, green and yellow. Three black stripes run across the facade on the first floor, the lower one unbroken, the second one interrupted by the doors and the upper one running below the windows but staggered over the doors. Above each column without doors is a dormer with black roof, yellow and green window frames. On the left are two cross-sections of the facade and below is a plan of the facade.
