There is a flat roof with a chimney on the left. The bottom drawing shows the first floor plan. On the lower left of the floor plan, the tiled floor under the canopy and the hallway are visible. In the hallway is a staircase to the second floor and around the hallway are six rooms. At the bottom right is a vague sketch of a third drawing, but here the sheet has been torn off.
