On the first floor, two rectangular windows are placed to the right directly below the second floor windows. To the right on the first floor are the garage door and the front door. The first floor plan of this design is rectangular with eight rooms of different sizes. On the far left is the side view of the middle design. On the first floor there is a front door in the center left and two rectangular windows to the right of it, corresponding to the middle floor plan. The second floor has only a room on the right with a rectangular window, on the left appears to be a terrace. Below left is a plan of the upper floor of the middle design. Recognizable are the four rectangular windows spread evenly across the front facade. On the lower right is the project name, location, date and signature.
