The center section has two floors, in the center of the first floor the entrance, on each side three windows each. the second floor is the same, only above the entrance is a window. To the left and right are symmetrical one-story additions, each with three windows. Van Doesburg drew an entirely new sketch over De Boer's blueprint. De Boer largely adopted the changes proposed by Van Doesburg in the construction of the facade and the window arrangement. The neoclassical details (pediments, turrets) were dropped. On the upper left, the paper has been stepped down.
