Paul Felix was born on Dec. 8, 1913, in Ostend. This is also where he died on Jan. 5, 1981. In 1932-1937 Felix studied for civil engineer arcitect at K.U. Leuven. He received his diploma in 1937. In 1938, Paul received his first building commission. He was an extraordinary professor at K.U. Leuven from 1958-1980.
