Jakoba Helena (Ko) Mulder, Jakoba (Ko) Mulder, one of the first female urban planners, was employed by the City of Amsterdam from 1930-1972. She was significantly involved in the urban development plans for Amsterdam, especially for the garden cities in West and South, and for the Amsterdam Forest.
