Verschoor, Willem (sr.)
Willem Verschoor was born in Nijmegen on January 20, 1880, and died in Rijswijk on October 5, 1968. He received his education in practice and at various architectural offices in the Netherlands and abroad.
On some projects he worked together with his son ir. W.H. Verschoor
Some important works are: Apartment building Boschzicht in The Hague, 1918; M.U.L.O. and H.B.S. in Alphen aan de Rijn, 1922 and 1923; Council house in Voorschoten, 1925; Apartment building Groenendaal in The Hague; Duinzichtkerk in The Hague; Nederlandse Hervormde Kerk in Colmschate, 1937.
