Berg, Alphons van den (Pzn.)
A. van den Berg (1921-1998)
Frits Eschauzier Jr. (the son of Frits Adolf Eschauzier), Alphons (Fons) van den Berg and Paul de Vletter began their careers at the firm of F.A. Eschauzier. All three had been educated at the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam and were already working at the firm as draftsmen during their studies. In 1956 they became associates of F.A. Eschauzier and after his death in 1957 they continued the firm. Among the larger projects they executed were the Provinciehuis in Assen and the LTS in Hilversum.
