Fokkinga, Bernard

B. Fokkinga (1916-1989) Bernard Fokkinga was a pupil of M.J. Granpré Molière. During WW2 he entered the service of the municipality of Nijmegen, and in collaboration with P.A.M. Siebers and P. Verhagen made reconstruction plans for Nijmegen; together with Siebers he also made the Structural Plan 1951 for Nijmegen; and in 1956 he made the Five Hills Plan for that city.
