Lofvers, Willemijn
Is an architect and trained at the Academy of Architecture Rotterdam. Lofvers worked at De Nijl Architects on urban renewal projects. She also worked under the name Lofvers | van Bergen | Kolpa architects on diverse, multidisciplinary assignments, which won her the Charlotte Köhler Prize, an Innovation Award and second prize in the Prix de Rome for urban design and landscape architecture. From 2004 to 2006 she was associated with the TransUrban research group of the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. In that capacity she published and taught first and second phase courses. Since 2006 she has been working under her own name from Bureau Lofvers.
