[J.M.] Luthmann and P.L. Kramer. On April 30, 1934, the jury completed its evaluation report. Roosenburg drops out at the first screening. Preference given to Luthmann's plan, with the exception of jury member A.R. Hulshoff. Moderately positive verdict on Luthmann's design. B
