The thesis is a comprehensive account of the life and work of Ed. Cuypers. According to Bert Gerlagh, Eibink and Snellebrand were pupils of Ed. Cuypers and worked in his architectural office in Amsterdam. Appendix D lists all the apprentices who worked at the firm. Eibink and Snellebrand are also listed here, with the note that they both worked there before 1916.
