Date published 06-01-1961. This article is a description of an office building in Rotterdam, designed by the architects J.W.C. Boks, W. Eijkelenboom, A. Middelhoek for two towing services: the Verenigde Onafhankelijke Sleepdienst N.V., the V.O.S. and the N.V. Maatschappij Binnenvaart, the M.A.B.I.. The office building (site plan, floor plans, cross-sections, exterior photos, interior photo) consists of a concrete skeleton surrounding a cantilevered facade with aluminum windows and lavalite cladding due to maintenance costs.
