Date published 14-04-1961. This piece is the publication of the jury report of the multiple commission for a provincial house for Overijssel at Zwolle by the Advisory Committee. The piece begins with the general report and continues with the drawings, the architects' explanations and the evaluation of the various designs. The jury report indicates that none of the designs fully met the committee's expectations, but that two designs were unanimously chosen over the other three. Of these two, the design under the motto Over de IJssel [by architect M.F.Duintjer ] was preferred by the committee and thus the committee recommends that the architect of this plan be commissioned to further elaborate his plan. The Advisory Committee consisted of the architects J. Leupen, F.P.J. Peutz and H.G.J. Schelling. The article continues with the treatment of the various plans by the architects J.W.C. Boks, W. Eijkelenboom, A. Middelhoek, M.F. Duintjer, G.H. Holt, H.
