Multiple assignment for a city hall in Dordrecht
Date published 09-06-1961. This article is initially the report of the Commission of Advice on the Multiple Commission for a plan for a new city hall in Dordrecht. The commission consisting of the members architect S. van Ravensteyn, architect G. Friedhoff and architect C. Wegener Sleeswijk could not agree on their advice to further elaborate one of the plans. The committee gave a negative opinion on three of the five plans and could not reach agreement on the other two. The plans were designed by the architectural firms J.W.C. Boks, W. Eijkelenboom and A. Middelhoek. The article continues with for each of the plans discussed (situational drawing, perspective presentation drawing, facade views, floor plans, cross-sections), with a brief explanation of the architects followed by the jury's evaluation.
