Boks describes an office building designed by himself (exterior photos, interior photos, floor plans, cross-section, construction detail drawings) for the N.V. Nederlands Transport Bureau on the Willemskade in Rotterdam. Structural engineer A. Aronsohn provided the reinforced concrete works of the skeleton. The contractor was Fa. F.J.
